2024 Residential Project, St Johns Hill, Whanganui. This project involved a full interior renovation where the layout of the spaces and walls in the home were significantly rearranged to create a modern layout and enhance the homes functionality, with a better flow and an open plan living area. New larger, double-glazed windows and sliders were installed to enhance energy efficiency and allow more natural light into the house. Modern features, such as a fully ducted heating and cooling system and solar panels, were incorporated to ensure comfort, improve energy efficiency and to meet the family's needs.
